As you know, the Commonwealth Government has announced that all people 18 years and over are eligible to have a COVID vaccine booster (Pfizer). Please note the following information:

If you are 18 years and over and your second dose was 6 months ago (or more), you can book for a third dose (BOOSTER) with us easily ONLINE through our website or via HotDoc app. Please book a COVID vaccine dose THREE type appointment.
If we did not provide you with your first or second dose, please bring with you proof of your previous vaccines
Pfizer is preferred to be used as the booster. However, you can have AstraZeneca if:
- for some reason you cannot have the Pfizer vaccine, or
- you had AstraZeneca as your first two doses and you do not wish to have Pfizer
If you have a specific health condition or severe compromise of your immune system, you may be eligible for a third dose from 2 months after your last dose. You can check our COVID vaccine page for eligibility and then book for a third dose with us ONLINE through our website or via HotDoc app. Please book a COVID vaccine dose THREE type appointment. If there are any questions about this, our doctors would be able to help you free of any costs.

Dr Tasnuba Pervez initially trained in Paediatrics at the Children's Hospital at Westmead before changing over to General Practice. She maintains a strong interest and passion in Paediatrics with completion of the Diploma of Child Health and ongoing professional development as well as research in the area. She also shares special interests in tropical medicine with a Diploma of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from the UK and women's health with certification in family planning and is able to perform implanon insertions and removals. Dr Pervez is strongly involved in medical education as a Conjoint associate lecturer at Western Sydney University and conducts regular teaching for medical students. Johanna graduated from the Peninsula College of Medicine & Dentistry in 2011, having studied at both the University of Exeter and Plymouth. Dr. Farah Kroman studied at The University of Sydney and graduated with honors in 2008. She has done extensive work in paediatrics, emergency medicine, and general practice, with an emphasis on women’s and children’s health. She has worked at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead where she obtained her Diploma in Child Health, and has practised community medicine in Darlinghurst, Picton, Bronte, and Surry Hills.

She has obtained a Graduate Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine through the University of Queensland and is proficient in skin checks and minor procedures (excisions of moles, cysts, Rod insertion and removal) as well as cosmetic medicine (specifically anti-wrinkle injections).
