If you or a household member tests positive with COVID-19

If you or a household member, have tested positive with COVID-19 within the last 7 days, you CANNOT enter the medical Centre

It must be at least 7 days since you tested positive, and at least 7 days since the last member of your household has tested positive, before you can enter this premises.

A telephone consult can be made in this instance, please call reception at 9023 9999.

If you have any flu like symptoms

If you have any flu like symptoms such as:

Sore throat

Cough

Fever

Runny nose

Shortness of breath

A negative RAT must be taken on the day and a photo shown to reception, or a PCR from the last 72 hours.

A mask must be worn at ALL times whilst in the practice if you are experiencing any flu like or respiratory symptoms.

Mask Policy

It is strongly recommended that you wear a mask within the facility.

If you have any flu like symptoms a mask needs to be worn at all times whilst in the practice

If you are eligible for Anti-Virials

If you have tested positive with COVID-19 within the last 7 days, and you beleive you are eligible for Anti-Virials, a telephone consult with a doctor is needed.

This can be booked by calling the front desk at 9023 9999.
